At northside anaesthesia we are interested in the protection of your privacy. Storage and Security
We take all necessary steps to keep your personal information secured. We collect and store your personal details and medical information provided by your treating doctors. Details recorded by your anaesthetist during your anaesthetic is generally stored within the information system of the hospital concerned and not at northside anaesthesia. You are entitled to request access to your medical information. There is a fee to cover administrative costs of retrieving and providing you with copies of your medical records.

Use and Disclosure
The information we collect about you is for our administrative and clinical purposes. Under certain circumstances we are permitted by law to disclose your personal information to third parties like medical insurers, lawyers, hospitals and debt collection agents.
