Tory completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2008, following on to study medicine at Bond University, graduating in 2013. She then commenced her junior doctor years at Royal Brisbane and Women’s hospital (RBWH). Throughout her Anaesthetics training she worked in hospitals around Brisbane concluding with a fellowship at RBWH focused on Upper GI Surgery, Obstetrics and Head and Neck Surgery.
Upon completing her specialist training she gained appointment as a Staff Specialist in Queensland Health which she has held since 2021, whilst also joining Northside Anaesthesia. She has been working across both sectors since with a current focus on private practice.
Tory is committed to continuous professional learning and provides contemporary evidence-based care and considers herself to be very fortunate working with skilled colleagues across various hospitals in Brisbane.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her young family, seeing friends and spending time outdoors exploring South-East Queensland.
